At BlnkSlate, each drop is made in limited quantities—designed to be exclusive, high-quality, and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.
However, we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to exchange your hat for another one that’s currently available in-store or choose store credit for a future drop.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future release.
